The Aphora Trio

Three products.
One barrier-first ritual.

Recovery Night, Protect Day, and Lumé Deep Hydration — composed together for the specific skin of perimenopause, menopause, and after. The lipids and actives the barrier has stopped producing on its own, given at the moments it can receive them.

The System

Two products, twice a day.

The trio is not a five-step routine. It is the same three products used in a specific rhythm across morning and evening — the barrier gets active support, then it gets sealed. Every day. That is the whole ritual.

AM

Protect + Lumé

  1. 1. Protect Day. Four to seven drops after cleansing. Antioxidant defence for the day ahead.
  2. 2. Lumé. Layered on top. Barrier seal. SPF goes over.

PM

Recovery + Lumé

  1. 1. Recovery Night. Four to seven drops after cleansing. Bakuchiol and Boswellia for overnight repair.
  2. 2. Lumé. Layered on top. Barrier seal. Bed.

Between six and twelve weeks to visible barrier improvement. The ritual is the intervention.

Why This Trio

Composed for the skin, not the shelf.

Menopausal skin is barrier-compromised skin. Declining estrogen thins the stratum corneum, reduces sebum production, disrupts the microbiome, slows repair. The mainstream response is to sell “anti-ageing” — aggressive acids, stripping cleansers, ten-step routines that override the skin's own systems.

Aphora is the opposite of that. We compose barrier-first. These three products give the skin the specific molecules it has stopped producing — ceramide-like botanical lipids for barrier support, botanical actives for the antioxidant and regenerative work the skin can no longer do at scale on its own. Nothing forced. Nothing bypassed.

This is what the ritual is for. It is what Aphora is for.
