Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the United States. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Subscription orders always ship free, regardless of order value.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is in development — join our newsletter to be the first to know.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

How do I return a product?
If, after discussing your concerns with us, a return is authorised, we'll send you instructions along with a prepaid return label. All returns are handled case-by-case via contact@aphorabotanicals.com.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products vegan?
Yes — every Aphora Botanicals product is 100% vegan. We use no beeswax, no honey, no lanolin, and no animal-derived ingredients anywhere in our range.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals and never will. All our products are certified cruelty-free.
What preservatives do you use?
We only use ECOCERT natural preservatives. ECOCERT preservatives are natural or organic-approved ingredients that prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, and yeast in cosmetic products while meeting strict eco-friendly and biodegradable standards.
Do your products have an expiry date?
Yes. Because we use natural preservatives, our products have a shelf life of 12-18 months from the date of manufacture. Every product is batch-dated.
Subscriptions
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose your favourite products, select your delivery frequency (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks), and save 15% on every order. You can adjust, skip, or cancel anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime — no questions asked. Simply log in to your account or email us to cancel.
